Residential Conveyancer
We are always looking for Residential Conveyancer Solicitors on a full-time, permanent basis to join our team at Harvey Baker Solicitors.
The firm already has a well established long term relationship with Estate Agents and works closely with Mortgage Brokers from our sister company so there in no requirement to bring your own work to the firm. We offer a very reasonable workload of approximately 70 cases per fee earner with a dedicated full time support staff. We have been providing Conveyancing Services for over 20 years through our sister company.
Based on the Navigation Park, Cardiff North, the site offers a very convenient location being immediately adjacent to the A470 dual carriageway. Our office is 100 yards from the exit junction with on-site parking. This is an ideal location to avoid the main Cardiff commute.
The site is easily accessible by either private car or public transport. Our local railway station is a few minutes’ walk away with services running approximately every 20 minutes to Cardiff, Aberdare and Merthyr Tydfil. A regular public bus service route also runs in close proximity to the site.
Our offices are modern and air conditioned. We have a very relaxed working environment and a casual dress code.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Chartered Executive or Licenced Conveyancer to join and grow with the firm.
We are seeking 3 residential conveyancers. If you are a newly qualified conveyancer then we will provide continual support and training through our very experienced head of conveyancing.

Skills
- Solicitors, legal executives and licenced conveyancers with a minimum of one years' PQE Experience in residential conveyancing is required

Solicitor's Assistant
We are looking for a motivated individual to work in our conveyancing department within our solicitors firm.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance to a conveyancer. Experience of working in a law firm is essential.
Based on the Navigation Park, the site offers a very convenient location being immediately adjacent to the A470 dual carriageway, approximately 10 miles North of Cardiff and 10 miles south of Merthyr Tydfil.
The site is easily accessible by either private car or public transport. Abercynon railway station is a few minutes walk away with services running approximately every 20 minutes. A regular public bus service route also runs in close proximity to the site.
