The online system they use is clear and concise and gives you a nice breakdown of what is required. Victoria was very speedy in getting all searches requested and communicated clearly and quickly. Unfortunately we had to move solicitors due to an issue with our lender, however Harvey Baker / Victoria, were fantastic.

The service from Harvey Baker was excellent, the best I have ever regarding a house purchase. The sale did not actually complete in the end, although this was no fault of Harvey Baker. I had to pull out due to other external complications. Even the vendor's estate agent, however, was impressed with the efficiency and tracking of the sale. Efficient, knowledgeable and quick. I would definitely use again without hesitation.
