At Harvey Baker Solicitors we believe all our quotations should be 100% transparent and accurate. The price you pay will depend on the type of property you are buying or selling. Purchasing a property usually costs a little more than selling. This is due to searches that need to be ordered when buying.

Do you charge VAT?
Yes. VAT is charged at the current rate of 20%.
How long will it take?
We always keep you 100% up to date with case progress as well as notifying you of any delay. Timescales are largely outside of our control. Harvey Baker are extremely efficient, and we proactively progress our matters, and chase third parties who cause delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long local authorities take to do their work or the efficiency and professionalism of other solicitors in the chain.
